OUR RETREAT
The Only One You Retreat is a safe place for Black women created by black women. Our retreats are focused on coming together for sisterhood, supporting each other, embracing self-care and levelling up in all areas of life. We believe in creating a safe space where Black women can unwind, recharge, and connect with like-minded individuals, whilst considering how we want to improve our lives for the better.

Our workshops will be interactive and run by experts and coaches in specific areas of physical health, mental health, career confidence, goal setting and life story work. There will be many moments of self work, growth and vulnerability but also lots of fun with bonding, a sleepover style games night, shared fresh meals prepared by our private chef and sister circles. Plus with all our plans, there will still be lots of free time for heading out to explore the beautiful city of Oxford, for rest or quiet time as you choose. To top it off each lady will have a relaxing massage each by our amazing masseuse.
